1.0 Issue With Your Items?
We pride ourselves on accurately assessing our cards conditions and ensuring items are posted in secure packaging. If you receive an item that you believe is not as described, please contact us at contact@pyrocollectables.com.au.
Before reaching out, we encourage you to review our card condition guide which explains how we assess and grade our cards.
Please note that if a return is approved, the item(s) must be sent back using tracked postage at the customer's expense, with the tracking details provided to us. Pyro Collectables is not responsible for any untracked items that are lost in transit. Any item(s) returned via untracked post are sent entirely at the customer's risk.
2.0 Change of Mind
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
3.0 Sealed Products
All sales of sealed products are final.
We do not accept returns, or provide refunds for any sealed items under any circumstance.
