Shipping policy
1.0 Overview
Pyro Collectables aims to deliver your collectable cards and sealed products quickly, securely, and in purchased condition. All orders are packed with care to ensure your items arrive safely and in the condition you purchased it at.
2.0 Shipping Locations
- We ship Australia-wide.
- International shipping is not currently offered.
3.0 Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are typically processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods (e.g. major releases, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
4.0 Shipping Methods & Typical Delivery Estimates
We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other courier services.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and/or other external factors.
5.0 Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order type.
- We offer free shipping on orders of TCG 'singles' and 'graded (slabs)' over $200 AUD.
- Free shipping is not applicable for orders of sealed product.
6.0 Order Tracking
- All shipped orders include tracking where available.
7.0 Packaging Standards
- Cards are shipped sleeved and top loaded (or semi-rigid card holder) secured to a cardboard backing inside of a team bag.
- Graded (Slabs) are are shipped in a bubble mailer or other secure packaging.
- Sealed products are wrapped and cushioned to prevent damage in transit.
- Fragile or high-value items may require signature on delivery at Pyro Collectables discretion.
8.0 Lost, delayed or damaged items
- If your order is delayed, please check the Australia Post tracking prior to reaching out.
- If your item is lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
9.0 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Pyro Collectables is not responsible for lost items that arise due to incorrect shipping information being provided.
- Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
10. Returns & Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).
